Maketu knows “kaimoana”.
For hundreds of years the people of Maketu have enjoyed the abundance of the sea.
This festival celebrates seafood in traditional and contemporary styles.
And for those who prefer not to eat seafood, there is plenty of non-seafood fare to taste.
Wash it all down with the variety of beverages that will be available at the event.
Music, food and entertainment all afternoon, in a most beautiful part of the Bay. We'll see you there!
